Bresaola Unica Classic
One of our top products is Bresaola Unica Classic. In fact, there’s a reason it‘s called „the unique“. Pork meat bresaola is traditionally seasoned, smoked and cured. With only 4 g of fat per 100 g of meat, „the unique“ is a perfect low-calorie alternative to speck and ham. Moreover, Bresaola is also an important component in sport nutrition as, with only 34 g protein per 100 g meat, it is an optimal source of protein.

Cheek speck
Guanciale (cheek speck) is a traditional Italian meat delicacy made from pork cheeks. The meat is air-dried but unsmoked. Cheek speck has always been an ingredient in dishes such as Carbonara or Amatriciana pasta. With a very high fat content, this meat has a particularly good taste.
Back speck (lardo)
Along with cheek speck, back speck also has an important place in Italian cuisine. It is a particularly fatty speck that is typically sold in large, square pieces. Lardo is rubbed with salt and refined with fine herbs. In South Tyrol we enjoy eating back speck alone as a starter, or as a topping on bread, in pasta dishes or with polenta.
Fillet and truffle fillet
Pork fillet is the real jewel of our product range. It is obtained from very lean pork meat, seasoned with salt, pepper and natural herbs and then smoked. The fillet is perfect for cold cuts or as an aperitif and, like bresaola, is a great product for sports enthusiasts with 34 g of protein per 100 g of meat.
