Our products are shipped to Italy, Germany and Austria. The shipping costs depend on the weight of the goods and the delivery address.
PAY EXACTLY WHAT YOU GET
Since our products are made in the traditional way, it is not possible to guarantee that each piece weighs the same. However, it is important to us to always offer our products at fair prices, so we will simply return you any remaining money!

For the products with variable weight, you will find the maximum possible unit price. Buy what you want and pay as usual.

We then weigh every piece of your order. Of course you will receive a list of the invoiced weights together with the shipped products.
the rest will be returned

Transport costs
The delivery time for shipping to Italy is 2-3 working days, for Germany and Austria 4-5 working days.

Right of withdrawal
Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the buyer may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving reasons. The decision must be communicated to the seller in an explicit statement sent by e-mail to the following address: mendelspeck@mendelspeck.com
The goods must be returned to the seller at the buyer's expense within 14 days of withdrawal. The purchase price and already paid shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt of the goods.
The above conditions are governed by Italian law.
