Our Unica is a delicious product whose name does not mean "the unique one" in Italian for nothing. Why is it so unique?

Because the best pork bresaola is traditionally flavored, smoked, matured and then, in addition to the Classic flavor, refined in three variations: “Lagrein” wine, Beer, and Cranberry.

In addition, it is an excellent alternative to Speck for those following a low-fat diet. Its average value per 100g of product is only about 4g of fat (instead of the 15g of Speck).

This creates a perfect balance of flavor, aroma and lightness.
