This document is intended to provide information about the processing, purposes, methods and in general the management of data collected through the website. The information is provided only for the website in question and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links.
Data controller and rights of the data subject. The Data Controller is Mendelspeck Srl with registered office in Termeno (BZ), via Stazione 19, to which you may refer for any information as well as for the exercise of your rights provided for by law (access to data, cancellation, rectification or limitation of processing). You may also contact the supervisory authority if you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully or incorrectly.
Purpose of the processing. The website is mainly for consulting and sales purposes, aimed at providing users with information on the products offered and checking the correct functioning of the services offered. The personal data entered by the customer for the purchase of products on the website will be processed exclusively for the purpose of perfecting and managing the order and for the organization and management of the shipment of the product itself. With regard to the payment methods of the selected products, Mendelspeck Srl uses PayPal, from which only the data relating to the execution of the payment and the person who placed the order will be shown, in order to verify the payment of the product by the purchaser.
On the website there is also a "Contacts" section, through the compilation of which it is possible to request further information from the Data Controller: this section, the compilation of which is absolutely optional, provides for the insertion of personal data necessary for the management of the request.
If the customer so desires and only in the case of his express consent by affixing a flag (i.e. a tick, ✓) on the box dedicated to registration for receiving communications from Mendelspeck Srl on products and services offered, the e-mail address provided by the user will be processed for inclusion in the mailing list. The e-mail address will not be linked to any further personal data of the user (such as name, surname, shipping address).
The site also contains the link to the pages managed by the Data Controller on Facebook.
Data subject to processing. The data processed through the website are:
- Navigation data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment of the user. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and is kept for the time strictly necessary. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
- Data provided voluntarily by the user:
- Common data such as billing data, personal data, shipping addresses are processed;
- The explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message;
- The specific expression of consent to the receipt of communications involves the processing of any personal data contained in the e-mail address if it contains references that allow the identification of the person for the purposes of communication of the Data Controller indicated above.
Optional provision of data: Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data to the structure by sending an e-mail communication.

Methods of data processing and storage. Personal data are processed both on paper and with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they have been collected and in compliance with the obligations of storage of data and documents as required by law. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Communication of data to third parties. The data will not be disclosed in any way, where disclosure means to give knowledge to unspecified subjects through any means. The data may also be communicated to specific subjects such as, for example:
- persons in charge within the structure in order to carry out the processing operations (the activities carried out are mainly taking charge of the order and preparing it for shipment, processing of payment, fulfilment of the aspects provided for by accounting, administrative and fiscal regulations)
- credit institutions, forwarding agents who perform ancillary services with respect to that provided by the Data Controller;
- external structure that collaborates with the Data Controller for the management and maintenance of the website, appointed as data controller;
- other external parties identified as partners and specifically appointed as data processors
By virtue of the participation of these subjects in the activity of the Data Controller for the provision of the service, the communication of data is mandatory. A lack of communication would in fact make it impossible to perform the task or the agreed performance.
Data transfer. The data collected through the website will in no way be transferred or communicated to third countries outside the European Union.
Automated decision-making processes. Finally, we inform you that your data are not included in automated decision-making processes.
